Whole Person, Not a Diagnosis
You are not a problem to be solved. I don't reduce people to symptoms or timelines. I work relationally- which means how we connect and how you feel in the room (or on the screen) with me matters.

What a Session Feels Like
Clients often say they feel both seen and safe-
and sometimes surprised that therapy doesn't feel so "therapy-ish". You might laugh, you might cry, you might sigh with relief that someone finally gets it.

I might offer a grounding practice, reflect something back to your with a new lens, or ask a curious question to gently stretch what's been stuck. I always leave room for your pace and process

I offer virtual sessions across Ontario and Nova Scotia and in-person therapy in Cornwall, ON.
Whether we meet on screen or face-to-face, I bring the same presence and care.
