Individual Counselling Session- Initial Intake (90 min): $190.00
Individual Counselling Session (60 min): $165.00
Individual Counselling Check-In Session (30 min): $82.50
* Nurses are exempted from charging HST

Initial Consultation (60 min): $165.00

Lactation Support
Virtual Lactation Support (60 min): $90.00

Insurance & Coverage
Services provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) Psychotherapist are not covered by OHIP but may be eligible for reimbursement under many extended health benefits plans. Coverage varies significantly between policies- even within the same insurance company.

It is your responsibility to confirm your coverage before your session. I recommend speaking with your insurance provider and ensuring you are covered for "psychotherapy provided by a nurse". I am happy to provide documentation if necessary.

I do not direct bill insurance directly, but I will provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
When you book a session, that time is held just for you. I don't double-book or overfill my schedule- your appointment is a dedicated space for care, preparation, and presence.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice- or missed sessions- are subject to the full session fee.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If an emergency or illness comes up, please reach out and we will handle it with care.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I accept e-transfer and credit card. Nurses are exempt from charging HST.
